No one wants an incident or event to occur where a claim needs to be made. Our Brokers provide risk adverse advice to circumvent an incident taking place. Unfortunately, incidents still occur, which result in claims.
Our highly skilled and experienced Brokers manage the claim process from beginning to end. We don’t have others who may not understand your needs and business details handling claims; we want to ensure all parties involved in an incident have an outcome that is fair and reasonable.
Our Brokers gather all information in relation to a claim, assist the client with any questions they may have with completing a claim form, lodge the claim on the behalf of the client, follow up the insurance company with progress of the claim and respond to the insurance company with any questions relating to the claim, deal with any third parties involved, keep the client informed ongoing and regularly, and advise of final settlements and file closing in relation to the claim.

Carl Norton has grown up in the insurance industry, living and breathing the language. He also established and operated his own business FTS Resolve, and so knows what concerns a business owner has when it comes to effective insurance coverage.

Matt joins the Agile Services team with a background in sales and customer service. He’s passionate, energetic and committed to delivering excellent outcomes for our clients. Matt is excited to add his unique skills and experience to the shared knowledge of the Agile insurance team, and to assist our clients with all their insurance needs.
Shania joined the team in early 2021 after holding varied administration roles in the public and private sector, which included 2 years’ experience working in an Insurance Brokerage in the Strathbogie region of Victoria. After completing her studies, Shania is now a qualified broker and provides a commitment to great service and outcomes for our clients and team members along with building her client base.
